Thinking of selling your home but not sure what it's worth? We offer a COMPLIMENTARY home evaluation that will provide you with sufficient detailed information regarding your home's market value. There is no obligation once you receive your home evaluation or pressure from us to make any decisions whatsoever. There are two types of home evaluations and the selection is up to you. The first type of home evaluation is completed with information submitted by the homeowner via the Home Evaluation Form below. Therefore, a home visitation is not necessary. The second type of home evaluation is a visit to the home. This type of home evaluation is most efficient and the results more accurate in that detailed notes and photographs are taken to note any and all household upgrades. If you prefer the first type of home evaluation, simply fill out Home Evaluation Form below and submit. We will have your home evaluation completed and returned within five business days. If you prefer the second type of home evaluation required a home visitation, please complete the Home Evaluation Form below and include in the filed marked "notes" that you would like someone to contact you regarding the in home visitation. |
